When setting an angular dimension, you can specify axes of the absolute coordinate system (and also axes of the current view coordinate system in a drawing) as sides of an angle.
In this case, a construction line coinciding with the axis of the coordinate system is automatically created in the document. In the parametric mode this line has a Projection Link constraint. While this constraint is preserved, the line coincides with the axis, i. e. the position of the line cannot be changed. If the constraint is removed, the line becomes available for editing.
