When importing from DXF or DWG, you can merge imported surfaces. To do that, use the Knit surfaces setting.

If this setting is enabled, the system will try to merge the imported surfaces. As a result, you can get a larger surface or solid (if the source surface is closed).

If this setting is disabled, the knitting won’t be applied, and the imported surfaces would be similar to the original ones.

Please note that the Knit surfaces setting only affects surfaces and do not affect bodies.

You can only merge surfaces (if the Knit surfaces setting is enabled) within a single model. Thus, you can apply knitting, for example, to the surfaces formed by geometric objects with non-zero three-dimensional height, or to the surfaces resulting from construction of certain objects, such as a polygon mesh or a polyface mesh.
