Working Field Background |

Setting up the color of the background for graphic, text documents, and BOMs is performed in the Background Color Settingsdialog. The dialog appears on the screen after fetching the command Settings — Parameters... — System — Screen — Desktop background.

Defined by interface theme |
If this option is enabled, then the background color of the document depends on which theme – light or dark – is selected. To configure the color manually, disable the option. |

Working Field Background Color |
A group of controls for manual configuration of the background color of document. The group is available if the Defined by interface theme option is disabled. |

Window Color Set by Windows |
Enable this option to make the background color match the general Windows color settings. To select the background color for the work field, which will differ from the Windows color settings, disable the option. After disabling the option, the color selection button becomes available. |

Color |
The button allows to select the background color in a standard color selection dialog. It is available with the Window Color Set by Windows option disabled. |

Color preview window |
The window is used to display the color set using the Color window. |

Background Color of Text Editing |
A group of controls for setting up the color which is used to display the time of creation and editing the following objects: •text and tables on the drawing, •captions which are part of designations, •tables in a text document, •BOM items. The group contains the Window Color Set by Windows option, the Color button, and a preview field which are similar to those in the Working Field Background Color group. The group is available if the Defined by interface theme option is disabled. |
On completion of the set-up, press the OKbutton. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.

Setup of colors for document display does not apply to the print preview mode (see section Print Preview). The background color in this mode is white, and the colors of objects depend on the print settings. |
