In case of any problems with installation and operation of software products by ASCON company, we recommend to adhere to the following sequence of actions.
•Consult the system documentation and try to find troubleshooting solutions.
•Consult the interactive Help system.
•If possible, visit the ASCON’s Technical Support page, containing answers to the frequently asked questions.
The Technical Support page:
•If the specified sources do not contain recommendations about the issues, resort to the services of technicians of your vendor of software products by the company (a dealer of ASCON).
•If specialists of your vendor could not help with solving the problem, contact directly the ASCON office.
Prior to address, please prepare detailed information on the issues that came up and your actions which resulted in it, as well as configuration of the used computer and peripheral equipment.
