Text Location

This group of buttons can be used to select how dimension text is positioned relative to the dimension line:

It is displayed for all dimensions, except for combined – linear from baseline and angular from datum.

To select the required option, click the appropriate button.

Parallel, over line,

Parallel, in break line,

Horizontal, in break line.

Branches

A group of buttons for selecting the method of constructing branches when setting a simple radial dimension:

From the start of the landing,

From the end of the landing.

These buttons only affect newly created branches. You cannot change the construction method for the existing branch.

If dimension on the landing is set to one circle (i.e. it has no branches), these buttons do not affect how it is displayed.

Zigzag angle

Use this field to set zigzag angle for a dimension line when jogged radial dimension is set. You can select the angle value the predefined list or enter it manually. The value you enter will be in the list until the session is over.

Pointer

from Text to Arc

This option controls how the pointer that connects the arc and the relevant dimension text is drawn: if it is enabled, the pointer is displayed; otherwise, it’s not displayed.

It’s available when arc dimension is set.
