Show composition control local part or standard product |

The Show composition control commands allow you to show or hide the composition of a local part or standard part in the Design tree.
The local part or standard part can be displayed in the Design tree with or without showing the composition. To enable the composition display, you can use the Show composition command from the context menu of the object in the Design tree. After calling the command, the icon
is displayed next to the object icon in the Design tree. Clicking on this icon (after which it is displayed as
) expands the list of operations that are part of the local part or standard part. If the standard part is a subassembly, the components within it will also be shown.
After calling the command for an object, the Hide composition command appears in its context menu. For several objects with different display settings, both commands can be available.
To disable the display of the object's composition, call the Hide composition command from its context menu in the Design tree.
If the composition display is disabled, the icon
in the icon of the local part/standard part is missing.
To restore the composition display, invoke again the Show composition command from the context menu of the local part or standard part in the Design tree.
The way the local part or standard part is displayed in the Tree does not affect the display of its constituent objects in the graphic area.
