Projection views of a drawing created using the Standard views from model... command are in the projection link to its main view; the views created using the Projection view, View in Arrow Direction, and Cut/section commands – to the reference views.

Presence of projection links among views restricts their mutual movement. For example, the view in the arrow direction may be moved in the field of a drawing only in the direction shown by the view arrow.

If there is a need for arbitrary positioning of any of the views, invoke the Projection Link command from the context menu or context toolbar of this view in the Drawing Construction Tree. This command is available from the context menu of the view selected in graphic region of the drawing. After that, you can move the view in the graphic region of the drawing using the mouse.

You can also control the projection link when editing the parameters of a projection view. For that purpose, the Projection link toggle switch is used.

To enable the projection line, set the toggle switch to position I (enabled), and to disable – to position 0 (disabled).

By default, the projection link between views is enabled.
