Text in a graphic document |

Text objects of a graphic document are:
•captions,
•texts as a part of complex objects (dimensions and designations).
The general principles of working with text in KOMPAS-Documents are described in section Text Editor.
You can set the default drawing text parameters. To do this, run the Settings — Parameters...
Select the Current Document section on the left side of the dialog box that appears. On the right side of the dialog box, select a font from the Default Font list that will be used by default for all text objects in the current document—including both captions and text within compound objects.
To customize the text for labels, select Text on Drawing in the Current Document section. The controls that appear on the right side of this section allow you to adjust font, paragraph, and tab settings (see the Text on Drawing section).
If you use the same text parameters in most of graphic documents, then performing the respective setup in each document is not reasonable. In this case, it is possible to make it so that all new documents be created with the required text parameters at a time.
To do this, make the necessary settings in the graphic document template file. More details about templates...
