Creating a new layer |

To create a new layer in the current view of a drawing or in a tile, do the following actions.
1.In the drawing tree, select the view to which you want to add a layer. You can also select any of the objects in the view. This is not necessary in a block, since blocks do not contain views.
2.Click New Layer
in the header of the Drawing/Fragment Design Tree.
In the list of layers (of a fragment/selected view), a new layer will appear.
Note that the new layer does not become current. You can also make the created layer current or edit its other parameters.
