To delete insertions which are no more needed, select them in the Document Tree or in the graphic area and run the deletion command using one of the following methods:
•select Delete in the Edit menu,
•press <Delete>.
In the Document Tree, you can also delete any other insertion, even if it isn't displayed in the document, e. g. a view insertion where all layers are hidden or an insertion made by external reference where the source is not found.
