Text objects of a graphic document are:
•captions,
•texts as a part of complex objects (dimensions and designations).
The general principles of working with text in KOMPAS-Documents are described in section Text Editor.
You can set the default drawing text parameters. To do this, run the Settings — Parameters... — Current drawing (fragment).
Select the Default Font item in the left-hand part of the dialog that appeared. From the list in the right-hand part of dialog, select a font which will be used by default for all text objects of the current document – both for captions and for texts as a part of complex objects.
To perform separate setup for the text of captions, select the Text on Drawing item in the left-hand part of the dialog. The controls which appeared in its right-hand part allow to setup the parameters of a font, paragraph, and tabulation (see section Text on Drawing).
If you use the same text parameters in most of graphic documents, then performing the respective setup in each document is not reasonable. In this case, it is possible to make it so that all new documents be created with the required text parameters at a time.
