If you need to print the same documents with the same settings, it makes sense to use print jobs.

A print job is a file containing the numbers of sheets and filenames of the documents selected for printing, data about placement of these sheets in the print field, print settings, and output device data.

Print job files have the file extension pjd.

The job file is recorded in plain text format, so it can be opened and edited with any text editor if necessary, for example, Notepad, which is included with standard Windows programs.

When you load a print job file, the document sheets it contains are displayed in the preview mode with saved settings.
