You can set up the properties list for the current document (drawing, fragment, part or assembly) in the Property List Settings dialog box (see figure).

Configuring document property list
This dialog contains a list of properties of the current document. In addition to system properties, the list can contain user defined properties and properties added from libraries or files from objects included in the document, for example, components or view and fragment inserts when working with a drawing (see section Property Management).
The option to the left of the property name allows you to enable or disable display of this property in a document.
Use the All option to enable/disable display of all properties.
To view parameters of a property selected in the list, click View. A Property parameters dialog will appear on the screen (see the figure below). In the View mode you cannot edit the data contained in this dialog box.
