Hierarchical relations between model objects are an integral part of this model. You cannot discard formation of these relations or delete them.

Relations occur as objects of the model are created and exist until these objects are deleted or edited. Hierarchical relations are stored during any rebuilding of the model.

For example, when you create a sketch on the face of a mass element, a relation occurs between the sketch and the face. As a result, this sketch will always remain on "its" face during any changes of the model (until it is deleted or moved to the other face).

Any object participates in hierarchical relations with its source and derived objects. Relations have the following features:

the derived object changes if the source object is changed,

the derived object can be changed by editing the source object and independent parameters of this derived object.
