Properties for the report |

The report is generated by document properties. By default, these are system properties: the name, designation, material, weight, quantity, density, object type, file name, BOM section, creation date etc. You can include the additional properties from libraries in the list of document properties.
By default, the Properties.lpt property library is used. The library contains additional properties: brand, power, standard, price, and more. You may create multiple property libraries (as *.lpt files) to generate reports for various purposes, and add their properties into the document.
|
Property values are included in the report if they were set prior to its creation. If a value is not set, the corresponding property value cell in the report will be empty. In reports that possess links to object properties (such as an associative report or a report that contains data in the form of links), it is possible to set values of properties after the report is created: they will be included automatically. |
The dialog in which you can edit the list of document properties is invoked by the Property Management
button on the Reports and Properties panel of the toolbar window or by the Settings — Style Libraries — Property Management... command.
For more information on creating properties, setting up lists and setting property values, see section Properties and reports.
