When Analysis of deviations of a solid (surface) of a polygonal object A color map of deviations is being built. It appears on the screen after specifying the objects to be compared with each other.
A color map shows the distribution of deviations on the inspected surface. The color palette used is shown in the group of elements Deviations map.
The range of values displayed on the map is calculated by the system depending on the range of inspection, which in turn is determined by the value in the field Maximum distance. The limits of the values displayed on the map are shown in the Min and Max fields.
The tested object is colored according to the corresponding deviation values. In this case, red shades correspond to deviations close to the value indicated in the Max field (i.e., the upper limit of the displayed range), blue shades correspond to the value indicated in the Min field (i.e., the lower limit of the displayed range), and green shades correspond to the average values between them.
If necessary, you can change the range of displayed values. To do this, enter the required values into the Min and Max fields. The color distribution on the map will change. Please note that the borders of the displayed range cannot exceed the borders of the range within which the deviation analysis is performed.
The figures show the color distribution on the map when the boundary values of the displayed range are changed.

When the value in the Maximum distance field is changed, the range of values displayed on the map is automatically recalculated. |
