Leader caption – General settings |

General settings of leader captions for the current graphic document are configured in the General Settings dialog, which is accessed via the Settings — Parameters... command. — Current drawing/fragment — Construction Designations — Leader Caption — General settings.
The dialog allows to set default parameters which define the shape and alignment of leader caption landings. For more convenience of work, explanatory figures are included into the dialog.

Form Type |
The group of options allows to select a variant of a form for the leader text. If the Type 1 variant is selected, the upper leader landing is displayed with an additional vertical segment. If the Type 2 variant is selected, the leader landing is displayed without an additional segment. |

Align Landings |
The group of options allows to select a variant that determines the length of leader landings. If the Equal length variant is selected, then the length of all the leader landings is aligned by the longest leader landing. If the By the length of the text variant is selected, the length of each leader landing is aligned by the length of text on it. You can configure the jut of the leader landing outside the text in the dialog box for drawing a leader text (see section Leader caption – Parameters). |

Upon completion of the general settings of the leader text, press the OK button. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
