The setup for counting pages of a text document is performed in the Counting document sheets dialog, which is invoked by the Setup — Parameters — Current Text Document — Document Page Count command.
Setting up the numbering implies setting rules for filling in the Number of Pages column of the title block.

Automatic calculation |
Automatic count of the actual number of pages of the current document and input of the resultant value into the Number of Pages column of the title block. With the Auto Determination option enabled, manual input of data into the Number of Pages column is impossible. |

Do not count |
Refusal to use automatic count of pages in document. The Number of pages column in the title block remains empty and can be filled in manually. |
On completion of the sheet numbering set-up, press the OK button. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
