Local coordinate system properties for a part or an assembly are set in the Object Properties dialog, which is invoked by the Settings — Parameters… command. — Current part/assembly — Properties of local CS .
The dialog allows to configure the name and image color for the coordinate planes, axes, and designations of the origin of coordinates.

List of objects |
The list contains objects whose name and color can be configured: three coordinate planes, three coordinate axes, and designation of the local coordinate system. You can set different or identical colors for display in the graphic region of the model of these objects. To indicate customized objects, select then in the list with a mouse click. To rename an object, select and click it with the mouse. The line will be opened for editing, and you can enter the required name for it. Having completed entry of the name, press the <Enter> key to confirm it, or click a mouse in the free area of the dialog. The object names thus entered will be displayed in the Design Tree. |

Use part’s (assembly) color |
Enable this option, if all the elements of a selected type must be displayed in the color of a part (assembly). Disable this option, if the color of the elements of a selected type must differ from the color of a part (assembly). |

Color |
Press this button to select the color of the indicated object. The button is available in the dialog, if the Use part’s color option is disabled. |

Defaults |
Press this button if it is required to restore the default color for all types of objects. |

Preview Window |
Changes in the settings of display for model elements are shown in the preview window. This allows for visually estimating the changes made. The preview window is available in the dialog if the option Use part color (assembly) is disabled. |
Having set the parameters of the local coordinate systems, press the OK button. Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
