Dialog to select a title block above and below the stamping designation leader |

Allows to semi-automatically form a text above and below the leader line of the stamping mark. The text contains alphabetic designations indicating the content and method of stamping in accordance with the Appendix of GOST 2.314–68.
The dialog is opened by double-clicking in the field to enter a text above or below the leader line of the stamping mark.
