It is used to add text. This dialog appears on the screen in the following cases:
•When you work with a model or graphic document — while setting up properties of the selected object using the Parameter Toolbar. This dialog appears when you click in the cell of any text property value of that object (for example, the property Text above Leader Landing if a leader line is selected).
•When setting the property value Name. The dialog appears after you call the Additional data command. If the name is edited in the Product Structure Panel, the command is available in the context menu of the Name cell, and if edited in the Parameter Panel — in the menu invoked by clicking the 
icon to the right of the Name field.
•When you work with a BOM — while editing an object obtained from a document attached to it. The dialog appears after invoking the Add text to the beginning of a note... command or Add text at the end of the note... from the context menu.
In the dialog, you can enter or edit the text.
The dialog features a menu that includes Editor and Paste items, and when working with the properties of the selected object — also the Format item.

If the text you are editing may include multiple lines (e.g., Text above Leader Landing leader lines), then in this dialog you can add lines of text. Otherwise (for example, Text above Branching), only editing or deleting the existing string is possible. |
To confirm the changes, click OK. The entered or edited text will be transferred to the object. If the dialog was called in a graphic document or model to edit several selected objects with different captions, the entered text replaces the previous caption in each of the objects.
To exit the dialog without creating a new or changing the old text, click Cancel.
