The option to specify a point By coordinates on a plane 
is used when it is necessary to plot a point on a plane by defining its coordinates. It is available when you specify a plane face, coordinate or construction plane.
Select the type of the point coordinates using the Type of Coordinates group of buttons on the Parameter Panel:
Rectangular: set the coordinates X and Y in the fields Coordinates.
Polar:set the coordinates R (polar radius) and A (polar angle) in the fields Coordinates.
