The structure of the Model Design Tree for a part or an assembly is set up in the Display in Tree. The dialog is called by command Settings — Parameters... — Current part/assembly — Design Tree — Structure.
The dialog allows to configure the default structure of the Design Tree.

Display in Tree |
A group of the options matching the sections of the Tree. You can enable and disable the display of sections in the Design Tree by enabling and disabling their respective options. The Operations outside partitions option allows you to disable or enable the display in the Operation Tree of operations that do not belong to any section. Empty sections are not displayed. A section appears in the Design Tree after creation of the first object of the respective type. For example, if a model has no sketch, then the Sketches section in the Tree will be missing. |

When first opening a model created in KOMPAS-3D V8 Plus or an earlier version of the system, the method of Displaying the Tree set as the default will be used. |
Upon completion of the Tree setup, click OK. The changes made will be shown in the Tree: sections will disappear or appear in it.
Click Cancel to discard all changes and close the dialog box.
