The dialog is opened in the sketch mode Layer management... 
command from the context menu in the free space of the graphic area.
The Document Manager dialog invoked in the sketch mode allows to perform various actions on sketch layers. It contains the following items:
•list of layers,
•toolbar panel,
•search area.
The list of layers created in the current document is on the right side of the dialog. The current layer is additionally marked with a dot in the Status column.
Using the toolbar panel controls you can do the following:
•
Create a layer in the document.
•
Delete the layer from the document.
•
Create Group of Layers.
•
Create a filter of layers.
•
Appoint current any layer, including the background and/or hidden. In this case, the layer becomes available for performing any actions with it, and all objects of the layer are displayed on the screen.
•Change layer properties:
•Activity. For the active 
layer, all its objects are available for performing editing and deletion operations. If the layer background 
— the objects of the layer are not available for editing and deletion.
•Visibility. If the layer is visible 
— objects of the layer are displayed on the screen, if the layer is turned off 
— objects of the layer are not displayed on the screen.
•printing. You can enable 
or disable 
printing of layer objects.
•
Change color of layer.
The color of the layer is assigned in the standard color selection dialog.
•The field Search Area 
is located in the lower left corner of the dialog window. This field allows you to search for a layer by name or number.
Click OK to save all changes and exit the dialog, or Cancel to exit without saving. Apply button allows you to save changes without closing the dialog.
