General information on sheets |
Scroll |
Each sheet is displayed in a drawing as external and internal frames of format with the title block. All sheets of one drawing are shown in the graphic region simultaneously. They are placed closely to one another from left to right in the order of creation.
Sheets are not linked to the image which is stored in the drawing. They can be regarded conditionally as lying on top of all the graphic objects. So, while deleting a sheet, the underlying image stays on its former place, and the frame around it and the respective title block disappear.
While creating a new drawing, the first sheet is created in it automatically. If necessary you can add sheets. It can be done at any moment while work with the drawing. Also, you can edit the parameters of any sheet at any time. For more details on managing document sheets, see section Pages management.
You can enable splitting a drawing into zones, set the dimensions of these zones and their designations. For more details on setting the drawing partitioning into zones...
If necessary, you can convert all drawing sheets into a set of segments and texts. To do this, use the Destroy layout command from the context menu of any table included in the layout. After calling the command, a confirmation prompt appears on the screen. You can cancel the destruction or confirm it. After destroying the formatting, all information about the sheet formatting is deleted from the document.
It is impossible to cancel explosion of the detailing. To revert the former document status, close it without saving and re-open.
