A sheet part has the following parameters:
•material thickness (S) from which it is manufactured,
•internal bend radius R,
•bend angle (α),
•width of bend relief (W),
•depth of bend relief (H),
•bend flat pattern.

The bend may not have exemptions. |

Sheet part parameters
The sweep parameter of a fold, depending on the method chosen to determine the sweep length, is the neutral layer coefficient, or fold magnitude, or fold reduction.
In a new sheet part, the parameters expressed in numbers have default values. To edit them, change the values of the corresponding variables.
The default sweep length definition method for folds and other default fold properties can be set in the Sheet Body Properties section of the setting dialog box.
If necessary, you can create a sheet pattern template, i.e. an empty sheet pattern in which you have made the necessary settings and set the required variable values. More information about templates...
