In graphic documents KOMPAS-3D, you can create copies of geometric objects that represent an ordered group. To do this, use the array building commands:

Array by grid — the array instances are located at the nodes of a parallelogram grid,

Array by concentric grid — the instances are located at the nodes of a concentric grid.

You can exclude arbitrarily selected objects from the array.

An array can be broken down into individual objects.

The resulting array is a set of objects, including the source object (objects) and their copies, which are linked by the appropriate constraint — Array by grid or Array by concentric grid. The source object and its copies are array instances.

Source objects for an array can be parameterizable geometric objects belonging to one type of drawing. More about array source objects...

A source instance of an array is an instance relative to which the position of other instances of the array is determined. The source instance is included in the array. It coincides with the copied object or a group of objects, if there are several copied objects.

Grid parameters can be changed during subsequent editing of the array.

Arbitrarily selected objects can be excluded from the array.

The array can be destroyed into separate objects.
