When working with models, you can edit the values of the system properties Material, Density, Mass, as well as recalculate the MCC of the model (the recalculation determines the mass of the model, taking into account the current density of bodies, as well as the masses of the components included in the model).

These actions can be performed:

•in the Parameter panel (see section Material and CMP assignment procedure);

•in the Parts composition panel (see sections Specifying properties of parts and components and CMP dialog);

When working with graphic documents, you can set arbitrary values for the Material, Density and Mass properties by entering them from the keyboard. In addition, the material can be selected from the list or from the reference. The density of the selected material automatically becomes the value of the Density property. Editing properties is available in the Properties process and in the Product composition panel.
