Basic principles of component deformation
A deformed component (part or sub-assembly) can be written to a separate file while preserving the modified geometry.
Procedure
1.Select the component you want to save and call the Save with deformation command from its context menu. The file save dialog will appear on the screen.
2.Specify the file name, select the folder to save to, and click Save.
A new file will appear in the selected folder. The model geometry in the file corresponds to the state in the assembly at the time of saving. Deformation objects are not written to the file.
Operations modified within the deformation are marked with the icon
in the Design tree. This means that they use objects from the assembly in which the deformation was performed (objects can be built both in the assembly itself and in its components). The used objects are transferred to the created file and displayed in the graphic area. The contextual link to the assembly is not saved.
