Preview |
Window for viewing the cursor when setting parameters. |
Cursor framing |
When this option is enabled, a one-pixel-wide white box appears around the cursor lines. The framing makes the cursor image more contrasty on objects that are close to it in color. |
Framing is visible in the graphics area if the background color of the workspace is different from white. Setting the workspace background color is described in the Background Color section. |
Display command parameters |
This option controls the display of command parameters near the cursor. If this option is enabled, when you draw and edit a geometric object, the values of the parameters of this object are displayed on the screen next to the cursor. For example, for a segment the length and slope angle will be displayed. |
Text framing |
When this option is enabled, a one-pixel wide field of the document background color will be displayed around the inscription symbols next to the cursor (e.g., object parameters). |

The size of the «trap» |
Scale for changing the size of the standard cursor displayed as a square «trap». A slider is used to change the size of the cursor «trap». The size of the «trap» corresponding to the current position of the slider is displayed in the view window. To the right of the scale there is a drop-down list for selecting the method of setting the cursor size. •By default — the cursor size will be selected automatically depending on the monitor resolution and the zoom setting in the OS. •Custom — the cursor size is user-defined. The size of the cursor affects its «sensitivity zone»: the cursor can select or point to items, some of which lie inside the circle inscribed in the square «trap» of the cursor, and the dynamic binding is triggered if the anchor point lies inside this circle. |
Enlarged cursor |
A drop-down list for selecting the size of the cursor in a graphic document. •If Yes is selected in the list, the cursor will be enlarged (large crosshairs as coordinate axes). The field on the right shows the current color of the cursor. To change the color, click in the field. •If you select No — the cursor will be the standard one. To quickly switch the cursor view (without accessing the setup dialog), use the key combination <Ctrl>+<K>. |
