Choice print device configurations, which will be used by default to print all types of documents and special printing in the next session KOMPAS-3D, is performed in the Plotter/Printer configurations section of setting dialog box.

To access the section, call the command Settings — Parameters... and in the dialog box that appears, select System — Print — Plotter/printer configurations.

The section contains a group of fields:

•Preview,

•Printing graphic documents and models,

•Printing text documents,

•BOM printing,

•Special printing.

Clicking the field name link allows you to specify the desired plotter/printer configuration file in the standard file selection dialog box. The plotter/printer configuration file has the extension pdc. The full name of the configuration file is displayed in the field.

If no configuration files are selected, the default print device is the default printer used in the OS.

Having completed the settings, click Apply and close the dialog box. To exit the dialog without changing the settings, click the Cancel button.
