In KOMPAS-3D, you can enter associative geometrical objects and designations. These include:

•dimensions;

•center marks;

•equidistant lines;

•conditional intersections;

•hatches and fills;

•surface finish designations;

•datum designations;

•marks/reference designations on the line and with a leader;

•leaders (including as part of other designations: shape and location tolerances, surface finish designations, etc.);

The Associativity constraint is applied to the associative object.

In the graphics area, the icon for this restriction is displayed only for equidistant lines. If you need to verify the presence of a constraint Associativity for other objects, such as the center or base, use the Object Constraints .

The Associativity constraint is automatically applied to an object when it is created in parametric mode. It is not possible to apply this constraint manually. Therefore, if the constraint has been removed, you must enter the associative object editing mode and specify the desired base object.

If the base object is deleted or destroyed, all objects associated with it are deleted.
