Attribute type selection dialog in the API |
Scroll |
Allows you to select a library or local attribute type using the application library API commands.
The dialog box is opened using one of the following commands located in the Add-ons — Work with Attributes submenu:
•Get attribute type;
•Delete an attribute type;
•Create an attribute of a specific type;
•View the library;
•View type;
•Create a document attribute;
•Create a 3D document attribute.
After calling any of the listed commands, a file selection dialog appears on the screen, in which you must specify the attribute type library file (*.lat) to open. If a library is specified, the Attribute type selection dialog in the API will display a list of the attribute types contained in it. If the file selection dialog is closed without specifying a library (by clicking Cancel), the Attribute type selection dialog in the API will display a list of the document’s local attribute types. If none are present in the document, the dialog will be empty.
