Customizing the display settings of context bar is performed in the Context bar section of setting dialog box.
To access the section, call the command Settings — Parameters... 
and in the dialog box that appears, select System — General — Context bar.

Show when highlighting |
The option allows to enable/disable appearance of the context bar when selecting an object and clicking on a free field in the graphic area of the document. |

Show when calling the context menu |
The option allows enabling/disabling the appearance of the context bar when the context menu is invoked in all cases except when the context menu is invoked during the operation of a command (in this case the context panel is not provided). If the Show when highlighting and Show when calling the context menu options are disabled, the context bar does not appear. |

Setting the order in which the context bar appears applies to all document types in which its use is enabled. |
After completing the settings, click Apply and close the dialog box. To exit the dialog box without changing the settings, click Cancel.
