This warning appears on the screen when you try to import a format file.
Form Description File (*.shx) may be unavailable for various reasons: either it does not exist at all, either it exists under a different name (for example, a file with a description of the form renamed), either it is on a different path (for example, when copying files to another computer, the ways in which files with the description are placed have changed form), or the file is damaged.
