With a Full load type, the component is loaded in a usual way, i. e. all available data are extracted from its file. Therefore, you can perform any operations with the component and view the component contents in the Design Tree.

In the Assembly build tree, the load type Full is displayed with a relevant icon.

By default, all constructed components have a Full load type.
