Remembering parameters
This is available for Intersection Points of Two Curves and Point at Specified Distance.
When sequentially building points that have a number of identical parameters, the values of these parameters can be saved until the command is completed. To do this, specify the parameter values common for the objects, click
Remember Status, then continue building.More information about remembering parameters...
Example 1. Construction of intersection points of a curve with several curves.
1.Call the Intersection Points of Two Curves command.
2.Specify the desired curve as the first.
3.Click
Remember Status
4.Consistently specify the curves that intersect the first.
Example 2. Construction of several identical groups of points on a curve.
1.Call the Point at Specified Distance command.
2.Specify the desired curve.
3.In the Distance field, enter the distance between the base point and the first point to be created.
4.In the Number of points, field enter the number of points in the group.
5.Click
Remember Status.
6.Specify the base point on the curve and the construction direction for the first group of points, then for the remaining groups.
