Variables of dimensions of graphic documents and sketches |

The variable of dimension of a graphic document or sketch is created in a dialog for setting the value of dimension. This dialog appears automatically when setting the size or after calling the Set dimension value command and specifying the size.
The dialog allows you to set the name of the variable, its value, and a comment for it. For more details on working in the dialog...
On Variables toolbar the created variable is placed as follows:
•in a model – in a section with the name of the sketch to which the respective dimension relates,
•in a drawing – in the section with the name of the view to which the respective dimension relates,
•in a fragment – all the variables of dimensions constitute one section.
