Selecting objects to transform |
Scroll |
Transformation commands can only be applied to objects of the current view.
You select the object to transform using a rectangular marquee. When sizing the marquee, note that an object is selected if at least one of its characteristic point is inside the marquee.
To size the marquee, specify its two opposing vertices. Objects of the current view which fully or partially fit in the marquee will be selected in the graphic area, and their names will appear in the Objects field of the Parameter Panel. The system will proceed to performing the transformation.
If you need to remove an object from the selection, click the "x" icon in the appropriate object row or select the object in the list and click the Delete button
(the button appears after the object is selected).
If necessary you can return the removed object to the list. To do this, click the Objects field name. Will start Sub-process of selecting objects. In the graphic area specify the object from those removed which should be added to the list. Note that you cannot add other objects (located outside the marquee) to the list.
If you need to add new objects to the list or to update the list completely, click Select with new marquee
button to the right of the field Objects. The previous selection will be canceled. Size the marquee again by specifying its vertices.
