Current view – the view which is actively being worked at the current moment of time. Just into the current view (into its current layer) newly created objects are written.
Only one of the drawing views can have the current status. On the Drawing Design Tree, the current view is marked with a dot: it is under the number of the current view and before its name (see Figure).
Objects of the current view is rendered in the graphic region with real styles of lines, points and hatchings which are assigned in the system setup dialogs.
Any drawing view can be current. To design objects in a view, it has to be made current.
