Exporting a group of files |

If you need to export many KOMPAS-3D files to DXF or DWG format, it may take a long while to select and export them one by one.
To improve the performance, you can export a group of files (use batch mode).
To export a group of files in the batch mode, please do the following.
1.Manually run the required export command from the application dwgdxfExp.rtw (manual command invocation is described in the section General export process).
A dialog box to configure settings of saving as DXF or DWG will appear.
2.Click Source File on the Files page.
3.In a standard file dialog box that appears, select all the files you want to export.
By default, new files are located in the same folder as the original files. To select another folder for the new documents, click Save to file.
You can set up the export settings the same way as when exporting a single file to DXF or DWG. Any configured setting will be identical for all files within a group.
When all the export settings are configured, press the Save button.
The files are exported one by one. During this process, new files of the specified format are created automatically: DXF or DWG. Their names correspond to the names of the original files.

In batch mode, it is recommended to export files with the same settings (e. g. files from the same source). |

Before exporting a group of files with the same settings, please make sure that you'll get the required result with the current export settings. To check that, export one of the files and review the resulting image. If the result is different from what you need, please modify the export settings and try exporting the file again. |
