When working with parametric sketches, drawings, and fragments, knowing the following features may be useful.

For completely defined objects the likelihood of large spreads following recalculations is less. In most cases we recommend a full definition of the geometry, i.e. depriving its constituent objects of all degrees of freedom. Turn on the Displaying degrees of freedom in a document. This makes working with parameterized objects more convenient.

We recommend editing parametric images without "rushed movements", the best style for working with them is graduality. For example, a dimension value should not be changed considerably (from 5 degrees to 120). Such significant changes should be made gradually, in several steps. The same concerns editing by dragging points: an object or a point should not be moved to a large distance at once, such a movement should be done in several steps. More details on controlling the parameterized image...

Remember that the processing time of a parametric image considerably depends on the number of parameterized objects in a drawing, fragment, or sketch. However, a fully defined image is processed faster than the one which is not fully defined.
