In the preview mode, you can use several options to scale the document sheets.
When you enter this mode and when you add documents, the scale of the sheets is automatically set to fit (see the section Autofit sheet scale).
Later, in the preview mode you can adjust the scale of the sheets manually (see the section Adjusting sheet scale).
You can also set the default printing scale in the Print Settings dialog box (see the section Print Settings).
You can also change the print scale of each individual sheet. To do that, select the sheet and set the scale ratio in the Scale field on the Parameter panel. You can enter the value manually or select it in the dropdown list.
