To select a beat section shape, use the Section Shape group of buttons. The following options are available:
Round (Figure a),
U-shape (Figure b),
V-shape (Figure b).
If the beat sketch contains a contour, the beat will be built by moving the section along this contour, if the sketch contains a point, the beat will be built by rotating the section around the axis passing through this point. Examples of beats of different shapes and with different sketches are shown in Figure.
