Managing macro-element composition view |
Scroll |
There are two ways to display a macro-element in the Design Tree:
•with composition view,
•without composition view.
The Hide composition and Show composition commands in the context menu of the macro-element in the Design Tree are used to change the display mode. After calling one of these commands for a macro-element, another command appears in its context menu. For several macro-elements with different display settings, both commands may be available.
If the composition view is enabled, the icon
is displayed next to the macro-element icon in the Design Tree. Clicking this icon (after which it is displayed as
) expands the list of objects contained in the macro-element.
If the show composition is disabled, then the icon
at the macro-element icon is not displayed. Viewing the composition of such a macro-element in the Design Tree is not possible.
The way of displaying a macro-element in the Tree does not affect the display of its constituent objects in the graphic range.
To disable the display of the macro-element composition, call the Hide composition command from its context menu in the Design Tree.
To return to the composition display, call the Show composition command from the macro-element context menu in the Design Tree.
