You can split the subassembly of the current model into separate components.

As a result of the subassembly exploding all its components are transferred to the current model. Their position in the graphic range of the model does not change. Other objects that existed in the subassembly – surfaces, curves, etc., as well as operations performed in the subassembly (chamfers, holes, etc.) — are not transferred into the current model.

The exploded subassembly is removed from the model. The subassembly file on disk does not change.

To explode a subassembly, select it in the Design Tree and call the Explode command from the context menu.

Notes on using the Explode command.

You can explode only subassemblies of the first level, i.e. inserted directly into the current model, and not into any of its subassemblies.

Subassemblies inside the exploded subassembly will not be further exploded. If required, you can apply the explode command to them too.

You can’t explode a subassembly being a source object of an array.

Explosion of the subassembly cannot be undone.

If the model component is a local part resulting from a subassembly then the explode command can be applied to this local part.

Also you can explode a stock part resulting from an assembly. After explosion of the stock part the icons of its components transferred to the current model will be replaced with the icons of blank parts.
