Modes of working with a BOM document |
Scroll |
Immediately after creating the BOM document, a standard BOM table is displayed on the screen. You can create BOM items, enter their text part and advanced options, attach geometry, sort items, set reference numbers and perform other operations with items.
The title blocks of the BOM document and its additional sheets, if any, are not visible and not editable. To fill in the title block of the BOM, view additional sheets and enter text on them, you need to enable the detailing display.
To that end, call the View — Display formatting command or click Display formatting
the View panel.
After enabling the detailing the BOM pages will be displayed as they will be printed. Tables of the title block of the BOM document and texts on additional sheets will be visible and editable.
BOM items, on the contrary, will not be editable when the detailing display is enabled. To edit items, you need to turn off the detailing display. To do this, call the Display detailing symbols command once again.
