Exploding a reference |

Exploding a reference – deletion of a link between the reference and its source. As a result of exploding, the contents of the reference turns into a normal text which can be edited manually. Updating of the exploded reference becomes impossible.
To explode a reference, do the following actions.
1.Enter the mode of editing text containing the reference.
2.Place the mouse cursor at the reference and from the context menu fetch the Explode Reference command.
3.Confirm text editing.
