To fix a length of a segment or a centerline, use the Fix Length 
command.
Step-by-step instructions
1.Specify an object (segment or centerline) to fix its length.
One object will have the constraint Fixed Length applied.
2.To complete the command, click Complete 
.
Autoaxis line length can be automatically fixed when it is created in parametric mode. For this, the Setting up parametric mode the option Fix the length of the axle axle must be enabled.
