Remembering the most recent command called from the group

Scroll

A group of commands is represented on the Toolbar with one of its commands. It may be either the first command in the group, that is, always the same command (by default), or the most recent command (the command from this group most recently used).

If you want the group to be represented by the most recently used command, follow these steps:

1.Click Interface settings in the Main menu row of the system.

2.In the menu that appears, expand Tabs and commands and select Remember recent command.

This will cause the most recently used command of the group to be displayed on the toolbar.

The command is saved if it has been invoked by any method (directly from the group, using searchfrom the list of recent commands etc.), except the following:

the command was called using the keyboard shortcut assigned to it;

the command was called from another command to create objects for it,

The command has been invoked automatically when editing an object.

Information on the most recently used command of the group is saved between sessions with KOMPAS-3D.

The sequence of commands in the group is not affected whether or not the most recent command is saved.

When saving is enabled, the Remember recent command menu item is marked with a checkbox. To disable saving, click this item again. The checkmark will disappear from the menu.

If you have disabled the option to remember the most recent command, the information about the used commands is discarded and the toolbars are restored to default detailing, i.e., each group is represented by its first command.
